Troubleshooting Tips for Realtime

 

1. Make sure the cables, adapters, and data share devices are correctly configured.

2. Make sure a laptop’s infrared is disabled.

3. Make sure any PDA sync software is turned off.

4. Check the Com Port.

5. Check the reporter’s CAT system options are set correctly.

6. Check the attorney’s realtime options.

7. Do you need a USB/serial adapter?
